Award-winning author Patty Reagin spent her early years writing stories filled with love, romance, adventure, and – just like her house – lots of animals. Alas, ‘Real Life’ hoodwinked her into thinking she needed a ‘Real Job’, so she embarked on a marketing career after dutifully graduating with her BA.
After a decade in Corporate World as a marketer and another decade spent as a freelance marketing copywriter and consultant, she finally wised up and embarked on a new career writing romance. She plans to spend all her future decades writing about love, passion, and women who find a way (and the men who love them).
Patty lives in beautiful southern Oregon with two Rottweilers, a very opinionated cat, two horses, and the most supportive husband ever to live. When she’s not writing or wrangling clients, you can find her on the back of a horse or on an isolated trail with a pack on her back, exploring the breathtaking beauty of the mountain West. Her pronouns are she/her.
Patty’s debut historical romance, Best Laid Plans, was a first place winner, historical category in The Sheila 2018 and The Golden Rose 2018, as well as an Honorable Mention for the Royal Ascot 2018.
